Premium Share in 'Mrs Peacock'

Mrs Peacock is a really exciting recruit to the SRC, in training with top trainer Tim Vaughan!

SRC Club manager Nathaniel Barnett, who also works for Tim Vaughan as assistant trainer, purchased Mrs Peacock for the Select Racing Club after seeing her work at home, which suggests she could be a seriously well-handicapped horse when she makes her debut for Tim and the Select Racing Club in February.

A dual winning pointer in her native Ireland, the second of those coming in a 'winners of one' by 8 lengths in November 2010, she failed to make an impression when sent under rules last season for her previous connections, however as a result she has a handcap mark of just 64 over fences (69 over hurdles) and Tim feels she is just the type to win several races when she makes her reappearance in the coming weeks.

1% shares are available now in Mrs Peacock, either at £299 as an all-inclusive, one-off payment, or at £99 + £30 a month through until September 2012. For further information or to purchase a share, please call the Club Manager Nathaniel Barnett on 07890 672435.

Sire Dushyantor is an established sire of jumpers, including multiple Graded winner Loosen My Load, Dee Ee Williams and Shop DJ. His progeny tend to improve with time, so Mrs Peacock should be hitting her peak at the age of seven!

I have been up to andys and seen rosie and berwaaz and they are both looking fab and what an amazingly welcoming and friendly yard it is ,I was treated like royalty and taken to the gallops to see them both work. Fingers crossed they will both run some great races for us soon.

Thanks for the post Angela.B, Nice to know they are looking well. It seems like it is a very friendly yard & I am  hoping to visit myself in the next few weeks when I can get the time

Hi i defo recommend it ,i went up on the thursday called in and said hello to the horses and was welcomed by the whole crook family and we stayed in a hotel 5 mins away called the white swan (well recommended) and went back up on friday morning and got takin up to the gallops to see them work. iv got lots of photos but not sure if I can post on here but will try if i can.

Thanks for the info , have made a note of the hotel although I am only about 1hour 15 minutes away form stables so could do it in one day comfortably. Having said that it would be nice to have an overnight break as I don't get the opportunity very often due to family commitments.

we are 2 and a half hrs away and we were going to do it one day but decided to make a break of it and it was defo worth it. Middleham in a whole is a really friendly town, im on crutches at the moment after knee surgery and everyone went out there way to help me esp at andys yard.
